During triage of my other issue (#201), I uploaded the same set of 500 subjects three times to the same subject set. The result of this, somehow, was a subject set with 1500 subjects. I had assumed using the same manifest file would lead to overwriting the subjects, this was not the case. The command I used was:
panoptes subject-set upload-subjects
I realize now I could have deleted the subjects before reloading. If it intended behavior for this command to by default not overwrite subjects with the same ID, but duplicate, could there be a flag to do so?
