v3.x/staging cannot be successfully built by the Build workflow

The v3.x/staging branch cannot be successfully built by the Build workflow, which means no new v3 package can be created.

I spent quite a lot of time on trying to fix it in my laptop but did not succeed, as I am not a web GUI dev, so I am adding this issue here --- maybe the it is pretty simple for experienced frontend devs, so she/he could fix it in a blink of an eye.

By the way, the same for the other two sample apps, but I am not creating repeated issues in their repos. Anyone who would be fixing this issue, please also kindly fix the other two sample apps. Thanks.

Absolutely - we had a rush to get v3 out of the door, and so the sample apps didn't make it.
The iframe app should just work, ideally, but the react & angular apps are more work.
The react app should be easiest to get working again, @timgerstel may already have a prototype, but changed a lot too #110
Maybe best to chat with him about how to proceed on it - what should the goal be?

The angular app is more broken because it relies on internationalization libraries from angular 12 that need some path forward to angular 18.
