This ports the workflow cleanup from the old web-client publish workflow in miden-client now that the web SDK lives here.
The publish workflow still had one �ctions-rs/toolchain@v1 setup step. This replaces it with
ustup update --no-self-update, matching the existing Rust setup used earlier in the same workflow. The repo's
ust-toolchain.toml already declares the wasm32-unknown-unknown target and
ust-src component.
I checked that there are no remaining �ctions-rs/toolchain references in the workflow files and ran git diff --check.
