refactor: Update Makefile for cross-platform compatibility and OpenSSL linking - Defined CC and CFLAGS at the top for consistency. - Added simplevanitygen.o to the OBJS list and vanitygen++ target dependencies. - Ensured OPENCL_LIBS and LIBS are correctly set for different platforms. - Added -lcurl for oclvanityminer to link against libcurl. - Ensured clean target removes all object files and executables. - Updated comments for required packages on CentOS/Redhat and Ubuntu. This update ensures the Makefile works across different platforms and links correctly with the required libraries, including OpenSSL and libpcre.
