### Resolved Issues

- **I95-64521 Upgrade from 7.1.0-r1 to 7.1.3-r2 failed on SSR440:** Resoved an issue where an upgrade to 7.1.3-r2 on an SSR440 HA router would fail because the system process check failed. The `ha-0-0` interface did not come up during boot (eth1 comes up instead), causing the system process check to fail. The `ha-0-0` interface is now correctly initialized during upgrades on all SSR4x0 HA configurations.

@Chr1st0ph3rTurn3r we should actually put out a warning for the 7.1.3 release notes so that people are aware that if they have a factory 400/440 they should not use 7.1.3. Use 7.1.4 instead.

eth1 should be highlighted same as ha-0-0

also I would call it system health check, not system process check

- **I95-64543 Onboarding an SSR440 router running 7.1.0 to a conductor running 7.1.3 fails:** Resolved an issue where an older default cipher-string operator had been disallowed and was causeing the onboarding to fail. All of the following characters are now treated as valid: `. - _ : + @ = , !`.
