Add a Wails-based settings GUI with live sliders
This PR uses the alpha version of Wails 3. This ensures a minimal memory footprint, virtually identical to that before the GUI was added.
Wails 3 allows you to create new windows and completely unload them from memory when they are closed. Compared to Wails 2 or Fyne, memory consumption is significantly reduced. (only on Windows, on Linux binary links full webkit lib)
This PR is experimental and was created primarily using Claude Code. I do not recommend using it in a production environment at this time.
