• smooth Orbit live commentary streaming so the panel shows one evolving line instead of repeated growing bullets
• delay early narration until the commentary chunk is stable and avoid cutting it off when the final answer arrives
• bump the app version to 1.0.6 and cover the streaming behavior with tests
