## 작업 내용 - 관리자용 칭호 목록 조회 API를 추가했습니다. - `GET /member/titles/admin` 엔드포인트를 통해 칭호 마스터 데이터를 조회할 수 있습니다. - 회원 기준 응답과 달리 보유 여부, 잠김 여부, 장착 여부는 포함하지 않고 관리자 화면에 필요한 필드만 반환합니다. - 비활성 칭호도 관리자 목록에 포함되도록 조회합니다. - 표시 순서는 `displayOrder ASC`, 동일한 경우 `id ASC` 기준입니다. ## 응답 필드 - `titleId` - `code` - `titleName` - `description` - `price` - `tier` - `acquisitionType` - `requirementText` - `displayOrder` ## 테스트 - `JAVA_HOME=$(/usr/libexec/java_home -v 17) ./gradlew test --tests com.valanse.valanse.service.TitleService.TitleServiceImplTest`
