PR #233 reached devel before the follow-up #234 was merged into its old head branch, so these remaining fixes still need to land directly on devel. Restores the #228 streaming-text behavior while retaining #229 status updates, stops stale graph animation work when polling ends, prevents EventSource and fallback polling from running together, and skips duplicate orbital indicator renders. Adds regression coverage. Verification: 5 affected tests pass; Vite production build passes. The full concurrent-session file has 28 passing tests and 2 unrelated pre-existing devel failures.
