Adds
LICENSE(AGPL-3.0),SECURITY.md,.gitleaks.toml, and the gitleaks secret-scan CI (binary-based, org-license-free). Also scrubs a local dev path from AGENTS.md and replaces a dead demo API key with a placeholder. No functional code changed.
