- Changed references from libfabric 1.22.0 to 2.3.1 in both `.cursor/rules/frontier-multinode.mdc` and `config/frontier.yaml`. - Updated LD_LIBRARY_PATH and bind mounts to reflect the new libfabric version. - Added comments to clarify the binding of major-SONAME symlinks only, avoiding issues with minor version pinning during container creation.
