Adds the 1-2 page datasheet for ARK FPV, generated from the production schematic Rev 4.2, BOM, manufacturing docs, and public product/docs pages. Matches the ARKV6X template style (WeasyPrint HTML/CSS, IBM Plex, At a Glance, etc.).
Note: The PDF content in this PR is a placeholder because the GitHub tool expects string content. The actual binary PDF is available in the conversation artifacts as ARK_FPV_Datasheet.pdf. Please replace with the real file from artifacts before merging, or download and commit locally.
