Comprehension Questions

Question Answer
What does jQuery give you that JavaScript doesn't? jQuery provides helpful, easier-to-use syntax for manipulating the DOM, such as $(document) and $(HTML element or tag).
Describe what the following jQuery selector would give you: $('#list') It would allow me to manipulate the element labeled with the ID 'list.
Highlight three major things you learned about JavaScript this week? I learned to use semi-colons all the time, how to not set global variables by always using var, and how to manipulate the DOM w/ jQuery.
Notes on my code I commented out my attempt at creating multiple clocks using a timezone argument in the getTime function because adding arguments messed up the callback in the setInterval function. Would appreciate an explanation on how you would have implemented multiple timezone clocks with one function.

What We're Looking For

Feature Feedback
General
Uses a JavaScript function to get the time Yes - using Date
Uses JavaScript to manipulate the DOM Yes - using html
Creates a custom function to handle logic Yes
Overall setInterval hangs on to the function getTime to call. It wouldn't work without a parameter in setInterval (at least the way you have it)
