### Campaign Classic extension 4.0.0

* Added support for configuring tracking endpoint mappings for development, stage, and production environments.
* Updated endpoint validation so registration and tracking endpoint values must be entered as hostnames without protocol prefixes.
* Updated extension validation so registration and default tracking endpoints are required for development, stage, and production before the configuration can be saved.
