Reimplemented per-mode COM centering. This special case is handled inside
center_probewithout usingProbe.shift.Also,
ProbeCenterConstraintOptions.use_intensity_for_comis renamed touse_total_intensity_for_com. The old option still works but will be deprecated in the next release.Mentions
