DisplayDawn is under active development and does not yet have an official signed public release. Security fixes are applied to the latest revision of the main branch.

Do not open a public issue for a suspected vulnerability.

Use GitHub's Report a vulnerability option in the repository's Security tab to submit a private report. Include:

• the affected revision or version;
• the Windows version and relevant hardware;
• reproduction steps or a proof of concept;
• the expected and observed behavior;
• the potential impact; and
• any suggested mitigation.

Please avoid accessing data that is not yours, disrupting other systems, or publishing details before a fix is available. You should receive an initial acknowledgement within seven days. Release timing depends on severity, reproducibility, and whether a driver or application-signing change is needed.

Security reports are handled in English or Chinese.
