Summary

• establish canonical positioning and access models in the shared ecosystem manifest
• state clearly that AgentsKit, Chat, Registry, Playbook, Doc Bridge, and Code Review are free and open source
• position AKOS as the optional paid managed control plane for enterprise operations and governance
• publish the distinction on /ecosystem, in metadata, in llms.txt, and in structured data
• derive the ecosystem cards from the canonical manifest instead of a duplicated list

Why

External listings have started inferring contradictory pricing and product boundaries. This gives people, crawlers, directories, and LLMs one authoritative answer while preserving AgentsKit.js as the free open-source foundation.
