[Design] Chat Interface - Filled State

Summary

This PR submits the high-fidelity Neubrutalist design for the Chat Interface Filled State, covering all required UI sections as specified in issue #376.

What's Included

• Sidebar: Navigation displaying user avatars, last message snippets, and unread indicators for multiple active chats.
• Chat Window: Message bubbles (sent vs. received), timestamps, and a fully designed text input area with emoji/attachment support.
• Aesthetic: Bold borders, vibrant accent colors, adhering to the Neubrutalist design system.
• Tokens: Spacing, typography, and color tokens aligned with the established Figma guidelines.
