Expand existing 24-line CLAUDE.md with Quick Start, monorepo Architecture layout, Conventions, and Shared Resources table
Preserves existing pnpm/poetry + deployment policy notes

Test plan

Verify Quick Start commands work against current packages
Verify packages/ directory table matches actual layout
