Merges openai/openai-agents-python upstream/main (~37 commits behind). Resolved 32 conflicts: README ours (iAiFy fork note), all docs/i18n/ theirs (pure upstream), src/tests/ theirs (no iAiFy customization), pyproject.toml manual (took upstream version 0.13.5). See runbook.
