Source Filmmaker X Kinect Facial Motion

This code allows you to use the Kinect to quickly create facial animations for Source Filmmaker. It basically has 3 components:

Kinect code, to read in data from the kinect to track your face,
Source Filmmaker code, to drive animation from data from the Kinect,
Glue code, to get the Kinect code talking to the Source Filmmaker code.
