This commit removes the idea of different cache paths. Now you specify exactly 1 root cache path (absolute, unique) in your application and Dullahan constructs the others based on that

Tweak to CMake file to only depend on macOS specific targets for macOS... Also added chrome://version to the bookmarks to make testing which version is in play a bit easier
