[ALICE3] TF3: approaching TF3 ASIC: use 8-chip modules + update chip segmentation

• 8-chip modules as in the TF3 CAD (in OTOF, 2 modules in the X direction, half-stave segmentation both in x and z still missing)
• updated segmentation parameters based on the updated sensor size (yet to be updated to match the expected ASIC size)
