Refine French translations and formatting for FTB Quests chapters. Updated multiple quest descriptions and titles in config/ftbquests/quests/lang/fr_fr/chapters/tips_and_tricks.snbt (e.g. gateways, Easy Villagers → Simple Villageois, Iron Jetpacks → Jetpacks en Fer, Magnets → Aimants, Disenchanting Methods and several long quest bodies translated to French). Also cleaned up minor spacing/colon formatting and fixed trailing newline in config/ftbquests/quests/lang/fr_fr/chapters/welcome.snbt.
Add new SNBT localization file for FTBQuests: config/ftbquests/quests/lang/fr_fr/chapters/mainquestline_part_1.snbt. Provides French titles, subtitles and quest/task descriptions for the main questline (part 1), including various quest tips and instructions for ATM modpack content.
