Attempted to recreate configs 1:1 with the original wherever possible, except with the DPS Cap, where I took the following liberties: DPS Cap calculated based on the following formula: Original DPS Cap*New Damage Cap/Original Damage Cap Also removes old cataclysm config file to clear up redundancy.
Making it consistent with other void rune damage values
