Add zh_cn.json Chinese localization for 1.20.1

This PR adds the Chinese localization file zh_cn.json for the 1.20.1 version of the mod.

• All language entries of the mod have been fully translated.
• The translation has been cross-checked against the original English text, with consistent terminology and no obvious errors.
• The translated content can be directly cross-referenced with the en_us.json file in the upstream repository.
