Using the public auction site in Romania create a web application that allows the search for fraud in any form (the purchase of products that cannot be justified or at an overpriced price). This project can also implement AI components for semantic analysis or PDF parsing. Shady transaction example
A SEAP parser already exists on github but you need to update and adapt it to our needs.
The output should be an application that can list (at least when searching for a keyword) all the possible fraud acquisitions.
