The error:

It's caused by

tsdownsample-feedstock/recipe/conda_build_config.yaml

Lines 7 to 8 in 211e048

	- '1.79.0'

and https://github.com/predict-idlab/tsdownsample/blob/v0.1.3/rust-toolchain.

tsdownsample requires rust nightly but it's unavailable on the main channel. argminmax dependency also requires rust nigthly https://github.com/jvdd/argminmax/blob/main/rust-toolchain

Our current policy doesn't allow rust nightly in the main channel.
