By default this web-app displays the github users at Bangalore.
To search for a particular user, enter the name of the user and select the option user and click on the search button.
To search for users by location, enter the location of the users you are required to find and click on the search button
The app is limited to only 100 users, since the restrections of github pagination which was at default of 30.
