I got different results of "active" column for the same prophage. For instance, for the same prophage, I got 'active' from '-r' option, but 'not present' from '-b' option, as input for coverage information. And also I got 'dormant' from '-r' option, but 'not present' from '-b' option. How do I interpret these different results? Thank you in advance!
