This release seals the SYF Genesis Bundle v0.2, establishing the
Systemic Fire Law (SYF) as a canonical, immutable documentation set.

The Genesis layer defines:

  • the foundational law (SYF),
  • its philosophical justification,
  • and its normative vocabulary.
