What
Regenerate the FG4 and FG6 deterministic no-provider readbacks for archctx 0.4.0.
Why
The no-provider model digest binds the runtime version. The 0.4.0 release changed that digest, while the committed verification evidence still carried the 0.3.0 value, causing Governance Verify to fail after the Mermaid gate was repaired.
