Another bugfix release...

  • In-Game Touch control has been enhanced with an "assisted touch-fire" function for firing which allows you to fire while moving with a second finger on the right side [1.6.6]
  • The file size has been drastically reduced, because unused assets for a launcher were present in multiple paths and were being compiled along with the file [1.6.7]
  • Fixed TriggerOpenTimed, StandOpenTimed and BumpOpenTimed events globally (some elevators, buttons, other events like explosions were not working properly) [1.6.8]
  • Fixed Mouse/Virtual Mouse input as well as Touch input in Menu [1.6.9]

A few optimizations under the hood...

  • Loading time profiling (loading times on OUYA halved) [1.6.2]
  • Actual render resolutions and 4:3 resolutions instead of 75%/50% [1.6.3]

  • Decal/shadow/smoke fix [1.6.5]

This time, a few gameplay and visual improvements...

  • There's now an FoV toggle for widescreen displays.
  • Keyboard/controller key confusion has been resolved.
  • Controls can now be configured (including analog sticks).
  • There's now a simplified version of touch controls which can be activated via PREFERENCES > GAME (for optimal gameplay, please use a controller).

Since this project was originally designed for the OUYA Microconsole, the resolution was set to 960x540.

  • This update now renders natively at the maximum resolution and optionally allows you to scale the resolution to 75% or 50% of the native resolution.
  • If your resolution is higher than 540p, the font size will be doubled on first launch; this can be adjusted in Preferences.
