Records the operator's substrate sequencing (2026-06-03), resolving the substrate-selection exploration: - P0 = Melvor (clean-room): stand up the apparatus + agent->operator half of the dyad. No dual-control (Melvor has no co-presence). - P1+ = Stardew Valley: where dual-control lands (native co-op, separate avatars, shared world; no shared-avatar concurrency problem) + social depth, via SMAPI/MCP. - Consequence: the dual-control half of full Milestone 0 is staged to P1, since Melvor structurally can't do it. The substrate-agnostic Bridge makes the Melvor->Stardew swap an adapter change. Also: exploration/substrate-selection.md -> status resolved (adr-0007); ROADMAP L1 row + Open explorations updated.
