Feature #635: Agentic Fraud Detection - 7,851% YoY Traffic Growth

Problem

Agentic AI traffic grew 7,851% YoY. Traditional fraud detection fails on agentic traffic - rapid checkout by AI agents looks like fraud but is legitimate.

2. Agent Identity Validation

• ✅ Unsigned agent detection
• ✅ Interaction timing anomalies
