Some content in the Scaling chapter are moved from the AMMR page to Tutorials.
The 3 lessons explaining the individual scaling laws are more Tutorial-like, so they are moved to the Scaling tutorial since they fit better there.
NOTE: This PR is related to the Tutorial PR #89 and they should be merged at the same time.
