Updates the freeticket-cli skill for self-service browser login.

ft login now runs the OAuth 2.0 Device Authorization Grant — anyone with a FreeTicket account can authenticate without a backend-issued API key. ft login --key ft_live_… remains the CI/headless fallback.

Touches: Setup snippet, command table, and the skill description frontmatter. Docs in English per repo convention.

Pairs with AppFreeticket/freeticket-cli#4 and the contract in AppFreeticket/free-admin#160.

`ft login` now logs in through the browser (OAuth device flow); no
backend-issued API key required. Update Setup, the command table, and the
skill description. `--key` documented as the CI/headless fallback.
