This repository contains cloud water chemistry measurements collected at the summit of Whiteface Mountain Observatory in the Adirondack Mountains, New York, USA. The dataset includes measurements of major inorganic ions and low molecular weight organic acids in cloud water.
All analyte concentrations are reported in:
ppb (µg L⁻¹) or µeq L⁻¹unless otherwise noted.
The dataset includes measurements of low molecular weight organic acids (LMWOAs) in cloud water samples collected at Whiteface Mountain Observatory. Measurements were conducted across multiple years using ion chromatography at different laboratories depending on the sampling year.
Method detection limits (MDLs) are reported in mg L⁻¹. Detection limits vary by laboratory and analytical method used during different measurement periods.
