Holistic detect->attest->enforce review of the consolidated enforcement stack. Verdict: NOT DONE as a whole — BPF-LSM lane is complete + sound end-to-end, but integration gaps block the 'enforce on any host, no fail-open, gap-free evidence' whole: seccomp fallback unreachable via ardur run (#104), fail-open on guard death (#121), silent enforce_event drops (#122), kill-switch not in a signed receipt (#123), unpinned guard drops enforcement on restart (#124). Refs #63.
