Usawa Pathways is an equity-focused mental health screening and pathway guidance web application designed to support earlier identification of unmet mental health needs and improve navigation of support pathways.

In many healthcare systems, identification of mental health needs depends on brief clinical encounters and clinician judgement. This can lead to variability in referral decisions and missed opportunities for earlier support.
