OIDC trusted publishing 404'd twice (npm never attempted the OIDC exchange — fell back to an empty token). Reverting the release workflow to the NPM_TOKEN auth that shipped 0.1.0–0.1.5 so 0.1.6 (did-you-mean) can ship now. OIDC is deferred until the trusted publisher is confirmed registered on npm.
