Expose dignity controls in Streamlit app

Summary

• expose idea and method branching workflows in the Streamlit UI
• add researcher statement editing and saved authorship confirmation controls to the paper tab
• surface a targeted paper-generation message when authorship confirmation is missing
• align package metadata so the app requires the compatible Denario beta line
