[TASK] Remove Maya Mode

Description:

We added a custom control mode for Maya, our driver, swapping the intake and shooting triggers based on a constant. However, she's now using the normal control mode, and has approved the removal of this control swap. Remove the MAYA_MODE constant and update configureBindings() in RobotContainer accordingly.
