[FEATURE] Backup drive-based shooting alignment and more precise operator turret control #84

Description:

At the 190 practice field last night, we were experiencing some weird issues with the turret suddenly losing its encoder position. In case this persists in real matches, add a toggle to align the drivebase with our shooting target (intake facing away, preferably) and add an operator control to (slowly) directly move the turret, in addition to the cardinal directions we already have.
