[TASK] Create Debug AdvantageScope Layout

Description:

Create an AdvantageScope layout that we can use for active debugging and post-match review & replay. Consider making tabs for each mechanism (line graphs, probably), a field tab with the robot, mechanism poses, and vision/targeting, a power distro tab for battery voltage/current draw, and any other useful tabs that come to mind. Export the layout as a .json file and store it in the project root directory.
