Summary

remove launch-kit from public CLI help/reference, Makefile, release checklist, and public docs
stop release-check from generating launch-kit artifacts or reporting launch-kit readiness
keep the legacy launch-kit command reachable as a hidden compatibility path for existing maintainer scripts

Verification

make test
release-check full: release_ready / package_ready / dist_ready
CLI reference: 57 commands, launch-kit absent
