Adds a PNG architecture diagram to the README so users can view the diagram directly in GitHub without needing Visio.
Changes:
- Embedded a PNG architecture diagram image in the “Architecture” section
- Kept the existing Visio diagram link
- Tweaked compliance wording in the Features list
