Updated the Managed Identities documentation to include steps for granting API Management managed identity RBAC permissions on Key Vault.
Updated the steps for creating a Key Vault secret and assigning RBAC permissions to the API Management managed identity. Added details on creating a Named Value in Azure API Management.
