Created a delegated subnet for MySQL flex servers in the virtual network with address space 10.3.0.0/16.
Updated Kubernetes version in managed clusters from 1.20 -> 1.27 and api-version from 2020-09-01 to 2023-07-01
Changed CDN sku from Standard Akamai to Standard Microsoft since akamai was not supported in PAYG subscriptions. (There is an option of Standard Verizon too. Need help to choose one)
Copied most of the resource definition from single server template, updated Api versions for some of them.
