Re-emit for new operations

This pull request updates the AgentSessionFilesAsyncClient and AgentSessionFilesClient classes to consistently use the parameter name agentSessionId instead of sessionId throughout their public APIs and documentation. This change improves clarity and aligns parameter naming with the intended meaning.

API Consistency and Naming Improvements:

• All public methods in AgentSessionFilesAsyncClient now use agentSessionId instead of sessionId for the session identifier parameter, and all related documentation comments are updated accordingly. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] [20]
• The AgentSessionFilesClient class also updates the relevant parameter and documentation to use agentSessionId.

Other Minor Documentation Update:

• The Javadoc for the getSessionFilesWithResponse method is updated to indicate that the modified_time field is now a long instead of an OffsetDateTime.
